Booking & Cancellation Policy
Terms
Rates are in US Dollars based on double occupancy per night, and subject to service charge at 13% and VAT at 7% and a tourism levy of US$6.00 per person per night. Breakfast Plan rates include full breakfast. The unconditional All Inclusive covers all meals and beverages including room service, daily specials, premium brand drinks, a stocked in room bar, over 20 wines from the wine list, tips and wifi.
Single occupancy rates are available. All rates are subject to change without notice.
Minimum Stay
Christmas and New Year - bookings must be for a minimum of 6 (SIX) nights for all room categories.
Winter Season - bookings must be for a minimum of 3 (THREE) nights for all room categories EXCEPT the Water's Edge Cottages with pool They require a minimum stay of 4 (FOUR) nights. Shorter stays are POSSIBLE on request only.
Summer Season bookings must be for a minimum of 1 (ONE) night for all room categories EXCEPT theWater's Edge Cottages with pool They require a minimum stay of 4 (FOUR) nights year round. Shorter stays are POSSIBLE on request only.
Payment
A $US300 deposit is required to secure a reservation, with a balance of 3 nights payable 60 days prior to arrival. The full outstanding balance is payable 14 days prior to arrival. We accept Visa and MasterCard. For deposit and stage payments please e-mail info@calabashcove.com. Special conditions may apply for promotional non-refundable rates. Please note there will be a 5% service charge made on any credit card refunds.
Cancellations
*For all reservations cancelled more than 90 days prior to arrival, a 5% processing fee is applied to the refund of the deposit.
*For reservations cancelled less than 90 days prior to arrival, a $50 per person charge is applied to the deposit refund.
*For reservations cancelled less than 60 days prior to arrival, a 3-night charge will be applied*
For reservations cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival, the full amount of the holiday cost will be applied*.
*You also have the option to reschedule your visit within 1 year of the original travel dates. The full amount paid, will be applied to the new reservation.
