How to Book
We strictly limit the number of weddings we perform to no more than one a day to protect that special sense of individuality. You should submit your preferred date at the time of booking your holiday. Allow us to suggest that you consider some alternative dates as well as some indication of the time that you would like to get married.
Residency
Both parties must have resided in St. Lucia for at least three working days (Monday to Friday) prior to the ceremony.
Legal Requirements
The following documents are required upon arrival. Please note that only original or notarised documents will be accepted. Clear and complete copies of the documents will be required prior to travel. Documents in any language other than English must be accompanied by an authentic translation, that can be obtained from the relevant Consulate, Embassy or Government Records Department:
- decree absolute (if either party is divorced)
- death certificate (if either party is widowed)
- deed poll certificate (if any names have been changed)
- passports (valid for a mimimum of six months) or immigration forms from the airport
- birth certificates
Witnesses
You will require two persons to witness the ceremony; you may choose these from friends you make at the resort, members of our staff or family and friends that are travelling with you.
Wedding Confirmation
Wedding dates and times can be confirmed prior to arrival providing that the dates are not yet reserved. You may also decide on a denominational or non-denominational wedding. The location, whether on our grounds, or any of our off-property locations, is up to you.
Private dinners and cocktail receptions can also be arranged at an additional cost, which vary depending on the menu selections. These arrangements must be made in advance with the resort.
Approximately one day after your wedding, you will receive a certified copy of your marriage certificate as well as your original documents.
Payment & Cancellation Policy
A fifty percent (50%) deposit is required in order to secure the wedding date, with the remaining fifty percent (50%) due 30 days prior to the event. Cancellations made ninety (90) days prior to the event may receive a full refund. Cancellations made between ninety (90) and thirty (30) days will be refunded fifty percent (50%) of the deposit, under thirty (30) days all monies are nonrefundable.
