The adjacent five star Calabash Resort & Spa is available to assist owners with the management and rental of their apartments under separate agreements if so desired.
Facilities
All apartments are fitted and furnished to the highest standard featuring marble bathrooms and European kitchens, wi-fi telephone and internet connections, Bose surround sound systems, LCD flat-screen televisions and CCTV security entry systems. A choice of furniture packages is available.
The resort can provide full or part time butler or maid service, airport pick-up, shopping service, and a private chef or catering service if required.

A mini supermarket, boutique, gift shop and French bistro with a St. Lucian rum shop attached will also be available.
