Rates

Rates are in US Dollars based on double occupancy per night, and subject to a 10% service charge and 8% government tax. EP (European Plan) rates include island breakfast buffet, AI (All Inclusive) rates include all meals and beverages. For single occupancy deduct $120.00 from any EP rate and $195 from any AI rate. All rates may be subject to change without notice.

Minimum stay

Christmas bookings must be for a minimum of seven days for all room categories. Winter Season bookings must be for a minimum of three nights for all room categories.

Watersedge Cottages with pool require a minimum stay of 5 nights. Shorter stays are on request only.

Children

Children aged 6 years or younger are welcome to stay for free in their parents' room. For children aged 7 to 16 we charge half price. Some room categories are not suitable for children. We allow a maximum of two children per room.

Payment

On-line reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. We accept Visa and Mastercard. Unfortunately we do not accept American Express at this time.

Cancellations

A minimum of 3 nights cancellation charge applies to all cancellations up to 7 days prior to arrival. For cancellations within the last 7 days, the full amount of the booking will be charged.

Your own private resort

Book Calabash Cove for a destination wedding or a family or corporate affair for up to 52 guests on a Carefree All Inclusive package of US$15,000.00 in Summer 2010, US$20,000.00 in Winter 2011 or US$16,000.00 in Summer 2011. Rates are per day and subject to tax and service charge. Minimum stay 5 nights. Some periods may be subject to availability.

* Effective December 24, 2010 the Oceanview Jr. Suites and the Sunset Jr. Suites will be amalgamated to one room category as Sunset Jr. suites.
